We are the US branch of the award-winning Huron Creek Developments, a Canadian homebuilder recognized for its innovative approach to construction and community development. Over the decades, our team has successfully built more than 10,000 homes in Southern Ontario, Canada, including townhomes, condos, modern duplex homes, commercial buildings, and single-family homes for rent.
We are currently expanding our footprint in Southwest Florida and actively constructing a diverse range of homes, including single-family homes, duplexes, apartments with resort-style amenities, and luxury estate homes in Naples, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, whether we are building homes for local families or expanding our reach into new regions.
We are also excited to be building in Western North Carolina, with projects underway in the beautiful counties of Catawba, Gaston, and Lincoln, nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.

CEO
Peter has been working in the construction industry since arriving in Canada in 1981. In 1994, he incorporated Eastforest Homes, which became a successful company. Building on the experience of Eastforest, Peter established Huron Creek Developments in 2015.
Their first successful project was building 27 stacked condos in Kitchener. Today, the company keeps growing, with Catana Construction representing the legacy on US soil.

Jessica Catana has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. She has held various sales and leadership roles in Canada, gaining valuable expertise over the years.

With two decades of industry experience, Justin has a comprehensive background in general construction and development, handling projects ranging from small TIs to $1B ventures.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida, Justin combines his technical expertise with a passion for his work. Now, he brings all his experience and dedication to Catana Construction.
